White label & appearance

Make MediBook look like part of your own site — in the admin, in emails, and on the booking form.

White label

Under MediBook → White Label:

• Admin menu label — rename the plugin in the WordPress menu (e.g. your clinic or agency brand).
• “Powered by” credit — toggle the small credit under the booking form.
• Email sender — set the from-name and address used on MediBook emails.
• Email footer — appended to every MediBook email (clinic address, phone, disclaimers).

Appearance

Under MediBook → Appearance, style the patient-facing form. Values apply only to MediBook, never your theme:

• Style presets — a starting palette you can fine-tune.
• Colours — primary, secondary, background, and text.
• Shape & density — corner radius, form max width, and spacing.
• Show prices — display service prices to patients, or hide them.
• Custom CSS — appended after MediBook’s styles; scope your rules under .medibook-booking-form.

Invoices & receipts

Under MediBook → Invoices, set the business details printed on appointment slips, invoices, and receipts — logo, business name, address, tax label and number, tax rate, number prefixes, and a footer note.

Notifications

Under MediBook → Notifications, choose channels (email / SMS / WhatsApp) and edit the message templates for each event using placeholders like {patient_first_name}, {service}, and {when}. You can also send a one-off broadcast to patients with upcoming appointments.
